It is not entirely Pinterest but this is quite useful for the users.
You search for a particular image and after finding the image of interest just click on it, star it and it is added to your collection. Next time you can easily find the image, the feature is currently rolling out to US users, it will work across the devices and on major browsers. If you search lot of images and star them it might become messy, but you can organize them with collections. To add similar images to folders you just have to tap the ‘pencil icon’ and add them. “Once you’ve starred a few images, you can keep them organized in folders: to add an image to a folder of similar items, tap the pencil shaped edit icon. Create a grouping such as “haircuts for the winter” or “snowman ideas” and your image will be added to a folder with similar ones. ”, according to Google blogpost.
You need to logged into your Google account for this feature to work, try this feature on your mobile. This feature might integrate with recently launched Google+ collections in the near future, but for now it is interesting and quite useful for some of us.
