Based in Mt Maunganui, Steve believes that it’s his environment that inspires his work and helps him to feel creative. However, he finds that a balance between a strong local style and awareness of international trends is important, so last year Steve visited Tokyo and Hong Kong to find that extra inspiration he needed to create excellence in his craft.
